The Little Details Behind Your Flower Preservation Frames

When it comes to preserving flowers, it’s not just about the final frame. It’s about the stories, memories and little details that make each piece so special.

Whether it’s wedding flowers, anniversary blooms, flowers from the garden or memorial flowers, every piece holds a meaningful memory that can be treasured for a lifetime.

The flower preservation process begins with carefully preparing each individual bloom. I love seeing how every flower transforms through pressing, how they can change colour, hold unique textures and reveal details that you may not have noticed when they were fresh.

Phalaenopsis orchids are one of my favourite flowers to press, as they reveal so many beautiful veins and lines throughout the petals once pressed.

Once the flowers have been pressed and are ready to be designed, each frame is carefully composed by hand. I love creating arrangements that feel balanced and natural, while still reflecting the original bouquet and the emotions behind it.

Lately, I’ve especially loved featuring more of the stems within our designs. The natural curves and shapes of each stem add beautiful movement and create extra lines throughout the piece, allowing each flower to feel connected and part of the overall story.

We believe the experience of receiving your keepsake should feel just as special as the flowers themselves. This is why we love adding thoughtful touches throughout the process, including care cards to help you look after your piece for years to come.

We are always looking for ways to continue improving and adding more personality to the experience. Recently, we refreshed our studio packaging with custom-branded stickers from Oz Stickers. They have so many different material and shape options, and we are excited to continue exploring our branding options for packaging and marketing with them.
